Its "CHANGE"
After a very long time, here I am again making a note or blog entry.
We're college students right now and until now I can't imagine that reality yet its really happening. Adjusting in schedule, in environment, with people around us, and the like make me feel something different. Well, I don't know if its just me or its really tiring to be a college student or I just need to learn how to adopt in this new stage of life I've entered.
Actually, its great that we met new friends and keep meeting a new one. In our school, I already met a lot and through general assembly and other school activities I still managed to show off my friendly side LOL. I even found a lot of Kpop lovers!! That's how great I am!!! (By the way, too bad there's no boy-next-to-my-heart guy in campus!! I hate it!!) At this time, I already felt the so-called "torn between friends" problem haha!! I still don't know what to do regarding that problem but let's not involve it in my facebook diary.
For almost two months in college life, of course there is a thing that all of us attained and its the wordCHANGE. Change can be in the way you dress, the way you eat, the way you think, the way you study, the way you speak, and the like. And based from my observation, there's a lot of changes I noticed from me and from my old friends and also from my new friends.
The changes I'm talking about myself is that I become more active in classroom discussions. I slighty setting aside my shyness and become more responsible in my studies. Maybe because I realized how different college life is compared to high school life. I've become more busy too =).
The change I noticed with my old friends or long-time friends or close friends or whatever you call that is, its really awkward to talk to them right now rather than talking to them before. I noticed that the way they talk is different from what they used to be in high school days. FYI, I'm not hallucinating okay?? I know that the environment and the people around them are one of the factors why it is happening. Its just I don't know if what they got or if that change I'm talking about is a good thing or not. But one thing is for sure, they're still my friends, right??
[Just to inform you, I'm still the lazy queen when its about reviewing my notes whenever there's an examination or quizzes the next day. And also, I'm still the Ms. Selfish from what I used to be before (you know what I mean, right?). Another thing that will never ever be changed when you think of me is I will be a Kpop lover now and forever hahahaha!!!]
****Regarding about this note, I know my work is lacking and some of the idea is not complete yet I finished it immediately hohoho... so lazy to think of words to use eh!! And also, I'm not into English!! Another thing, making this is half of the time of an episode of the Korean drama I'm watching LOL****
Chingus Yeongweonhi
The group chingus is like all other groups whether its kpop or n0t. As I always say, in a group there will be misunderstandings. I'm sure you all know that we have a lot of friends outside our group and not all the time you're gonna hang out with the same person over and over again. What I mean is we need to give time to others too. What's the problem with not being together all the time? Is the friendship gone?
SM the Ballad has 4 members. The members are Kyuhyun of Super Junior, Jonghyun of Shinee, Jay of TRAX, and a new artist Jino. Are the members of their original group against this? They are happy for them right? When Kibum of SJ takes a leave for his first love [acting], did SJ members get mad? Although there's a bit disappointment, still they are supporting each other.
Why don't be happy for each other's life? Disappointment or a bit sadness is normal to be shown. I'm just saying that it's not a big deal anymore. But it's nice to know that you really take good care of the friendship. ;-)

RH BILL
The Philippines has many problems nowadays and one of these problems is the POPULATION of the country. It’s been years since the government planned how to control the fast growing of population in the Philippines but still the population is growing and growing. And now there’s a new law they want to pursue and it’s the RH Bill.
The RH Bill is all about family planning. It is said to be the solution for the problem in growing population in the country. But it became controversial when the Catholic Church started to disagree with this idea.
We all know that the Philippines is a Christian country and most of the Filipinos are Roman Catholic. So we’re not surprised at all how powerful the Church is in the country. Pwede silang maki-alam sa gobyerno (honestly nakakainis din minsan not because I’m not Catholic pero basta ganun).
In RH Bill, there are a lot of ideas about family planning methods and other topics that can lessen the growth of population and sex education is one of them. Last year or two years ago, sex education became very intriguing because many disagree with this idea teaching the kids or the students about things that only married couples have to know. Actually for me its kinda eeewww also ‘cause we’re too young for it and teaching these kind of things will make more youngsters to do it out of curiosity. There are many cases where teens became moms as young as 14 years old. So we can see that many youngsters are exposed to this kind of thing. Knowing that, I think it’s kinda hard to accept that how come Maria Clara transformed into Lady Gaga? The world has been liberated and many teens are not as innocent as we expected. So maybe that’s one of the factors why the government comes up to this sex education thingy. But teaching sex education to kinder students in kinda over. It should be in high school only.
Another is using condoms as protection. There are a lot of TV commercials about using condoms as protection, it may be useful but the CBCP said that it’s forbidden according to the Law of the Lord because every sperm is a source of life. Oh c’mon! It will not be a source of life if there’s no egg cell too hahaha!! Seriously, I find this crazy!!! I respect them but the fact that they can’t understand how pathetic the people of the Philippines now and yet even this idea they can’t approve it is so ridiculous (for me). I mean using condoms will not kill people. It is not like abortion where the baby is killed. In abortion, there’s a baby formed in the mother’s womb and was aborted. This is the forbidden one. (Well, that’s just my point of view)
So how do you find this RH BILL? Do you agree or disagree? If you’re going to ask me, I agree with it but there are also things included in it that they need to disregard. So I’m half agree and half disagree.
Common Sense: a Sense that is not Common
Recently, the news about drug trafficking is very popular. There are three Pinoys who are caught possessing illegal drugs in China and also a congressman was also caught possessing drugs in Hong Kong. Well, using illegal drugs has been a common problem in the society. Many Filipinos are being drug couriers in other countries, of course because of money that’s why they’re doing this though they know that it’s illegal.
Common sense is a sense that is not common. We all known that it is against the law to use or possess drugs, illegal drugs. But why do they still want to become a drug courier? I know they are doing it out of poverty, because they don’t have money, because it’s for their family. But don’t they know that it is more difficult to be caught rather than to find a decent job? When you were caught, you need an attorney to help you and money for bail. When you find a decent job, you don’t have any problem at all. The problem in our society is we want instant things always. We don’t want to be tired wasting a lot of time doing the good things because we know that there are other ways to do it faster and easier. Or maybe those drug couriers think that the government will help them whenever they will be caught.
If you done something wrong and you know that it’s really really wrong yet you still do it, pay for it don’t ask for help. Nasanay na kasi tayong may tumutulong sa atin eh sa tuwing may magawa tayong mali. Palagi nating naiisip na pwede namang mag-depend to them eh so its okay to do it. Minsan kasi talagang naisip ko na dapat pabayaan na ang mga taong makulong dun sa dayuhang bansa kasi it’s their fault naman eh so they need to pay for it then wala pang problem ang government.
Because of this dependency, many committed crimes. They will not learn lesson if they think they can get help from others naman. So dapat is the government should think of an idea that will make Pinoys behave and that’s death penalty. I agree with this thing, DATI PA!!!! Maybe this is the solution for the matitigas na ulo ng Pinoys. In Singapore, even if it’s only three grams of drugs bitay ka agad. In China and other countries it depends on the quantity of the illegal drugs.
I’m really wondering why in other countries their people are really disciplined. I mean when the government say today is earth day so you must not use your vehicles and just walk or use bicycle they will follow it. I can see that they are really organized, madaling pagsabihan, nakikinig. Kasi alam nila na its for their own good. Gosh!!! Give and take process kasi ito. Sabi nga sa kanta ni Michael Jackson na Man in the mirror …if you wanna make the world a better place take a look at yourself and then make a change. I’m a Filipino too and what I think looks like I’m criticizing Pinoys. It looks like that but I will not say this if there’s no problem, I will not say this if Pinoys are good boys and girls. I admit that we can’t always do the right thing but trying is also an option. Try and try until you succeed nga di ba?
Accept what is for your own good
The tension in Libya is so frightening and there are a lot of Filipinos there who are working for their family and undecided if they will go back to the Philippines or will stay there.
The Philippines rented a big ship in order to help many OFWs to leave Libya. Its capacity is 1700 people pero wala pang isang libo ang sumakay. Hay meron ngang mga tao na they can’t leave because of their profession eh that’s acceptable pero ung mga pa-VIP lang eh unacceptable. Until there are people helping you grab the opportunity na hahaha!!
Be contented okay? Akala nyo ba pang one-year supply yun? Kapal naman, Asa!! Buti nga may binigay pa eh! More that 1 million euro na ang nagastos ng pamahalaan maawa naman kayo.
It’s not Easy
It’s not Easy
It’s not easy to be a fangirl/ fanboy. What we feel and what we think is different from what others are thinking of. Especially to those who are not fangirls and fanboys out there, they will never ever understand us why we’re like this.
As a fangirl, of course we love and support our favorite artists, whether it’s a solo artist or a group. When there’s good news about them, we celebrate happily as if we are the one who jackpotted in the lottery. There are news about them having a new show or they will appear in a show or they will have a new CF or they will have a new album or they will have a concert and so on. And the best news for us, fangirls, is that they received awards because of their hard work and ours too. But not all the time we receive good news. There is also a time for bad news. Most of the time, the bad news are about antis attacking our boys, there are also news about some injuries they’ve got, also news that they are in an accident (the news about Kyu who almost died is the worst) and the most unwanted news is the separation of the members from each other due to contract problem or another.
As I said earlier, we have different feelings to our boys, a great affection for them. Hearing good news about them is not a problem; of course we all like to hear good news so we’re happy for them. But when we heard of a disaster, I mean a bad news, we will transform into a sea or should I say an ocean of monsters trying to protect our beloved boys. Majority of us will over react over the news. Of course many people will ask, ‘Oh man, what’s with these angry mobs? Why are they overreacting about the news?’
As a fangirl, we love stuffs related to our idols. It’s anything that has their names or name of the group. For example is a magazine. You saw a mag with their picture on it. Since you’re a fan of them, even the info about them inside the mag is two paragraphs only, you will buy it though you have no money left in your pocket.
As a fangirl, we love to watch them and listen to their songs. So we watch all their videos and all their songs in Youtube and other sites, downloading them, putting it in our phones or ipod or mp3 players or in computer and watch them hundred times.
As a fangirl, we are curious about them so we keep in touch with our Facebook accounts and other social networking sites to get updates. Researching for hours is worth it because it’s our happiness to know more about them. And for that, you will be called a netizen.
As a fangirl, we wanted to see them personally. We dreamed of going to their showcase events (fan meeting) or CONCERTS.
There are so many things we need to do as a fan girl. We have a lot of things we need or we wanted to fulfill to reach our goal and that goal is to capture their hearts like what they did to ours. But being a fangirl is NOT as EASY as you think. There are so many frustrations, so many problems we have to face.
First is the language. Language barrier is a major problem within us and the boys. Our enemies will say, “Duh! What’s that song? You can’t even understand it and the way you pronounce the lyrics, it’s so horrible!!” So the answer for that is, “Its not with the lyrics, it’s with the heart.” So what if we can’t understand it, there’s Google for translations! :-P Another is when we want to watch them in Youtube. In order to understand what they are saying, we need to find a video with subtitles, right? Some will say they will study Hanguk-eo so that they will understand them. That’s a nice idea but how long will you have to wait? Is it for two days? Is it for a month? We all know that learning a new language is not that easy to accomplish. Even your native language you can speak it fluently, how come a new language? But nice try, break a leg!
Second is the distance. We are in the Philippines and they are in South Korea. I know we are both in Asia but we’re still miles away from them. If ever there will be a showcase or a concert, I’m so envious with Korean ELFs and Korean Kpop fans. We will say, “I wish I’m a Korean! Or I wish I’m living in Korea!
Third is the money. Well you can’t buy Kpop stuffs if you don’t have this. You can’t have visa if you don’t have this. You can’t watch them if you don’t have this. I know money can’t buy true happiness but maybe money can HELP you find one of your happiness. And one of our happiness is our idols.
Fourth is separation. Shinhwa is a popular boy group in South Korea but they separated. It’s the same with DBSK who received a lot of love from all over the world but yet they separated to each other. The groups G.O.D, H.O.T., Xander and Kibum of UKISS being kicked out of the group and even Han Geng of Super Junior who leaved the group is what we called separation. Though it’s hard to accept the truth that someday SuJu will disband also, we can’t do anything about it.
Fifth is the reality. We all know that nothing is permanent in this world (but change). So we all know that all people here on earth are artificial only. We will ALL grow old and die someday. And the reality is our idols will not be forever idols. Someday they will stop performing; they will not be a TV icon, and so on. So it means whether we like it or not, there will be a separation between us and them. Dagat nga nahati tao pa kayang di magkakilala. There will be a lot of changes that will take place as time pass by.
There are a lot of factors pa but since I’m lazy nga to type all of it, major lang ginawa ko.
Being a fan girl you need to be strong and ready to face everything. Just keep moving forward.

It’s Immeasurable
It’s Immeasurable
Well going to concerts of the artist you are supporting is normal. But it’s not always the proof.
Seeing the person you like or you love is what we always wanted to do. So if you like an artist, let’s say it directly that I’m talking about SJ after all its pretty obvious, right? If you like SJ, you want to see them in person, that’s for sure, and we all know that it’s very hard to do that. So we are lucky that they will be in Manila for a one night only concert. Thinking of it, I mean you yourself going to a concert of the people you really love; it’s an unforgettable moment of your life and feels like you will live for another hundred years. The happiness really overflows that makes you scream so loud and makes others think that you were insane but who cares its SJ, the dream boys of my life, so you become really excited. Of course at first you’re not sure if you can make it but because of so much excitement you don’t care what will happen and your whole mind is focused only in the fact that you will see the shining faces of the boys.
(Since I’m so lazy in typing, I will jump to ending part now. if you don’t mind, the missing part is the preparation for the concert since you have a lot of time to dream of it and its kinda irrelevant and makes you feel more boring in reading this thing.)
So after the dreaming, the preparation and anything else, there’s a problem, you can’t make it, you can’t go and watch the concert. There are many reasons behind it, others have conflict in their schedule, some have no ticket, there are also strict parents, maybe Manila is far from you, or you have no money, and so on. And that feeling really breaks your heart, I swear, I’m serious. The feeling is like as if you lost a hundred million dollars or your knight in shining armor betrayed you or you lost a love one. It’s so hard to accept the truth, the truth that your Romeo is waiting for you outside but can’t even take a glance because you are stuck in a small dark place where you don’t know the way out.
I remember a friend, we even call each other “BFF”, and he said that you’re not an ELF because you can’t go and watch them live so don’t assume anymore! Ouch! That’s what I call BFF? Oh man, forget it! Well back to the topic, it hurts right? It’s true; your fangirling will not be complete if you haven’t watched their concert even once.
But its not important if you will be absent in making history in the Philippines, though you really wanted to be there and do some party party plus you’re an ELF so you must be there, because once you’re an ELF you will be forever an ELF. Not seeing them performing live while shining in stage is not the end, there are other opportunities. It will not lessen the love and passion of being an ELF even though you’re not in the coliseum shouting there like crazy, because in your heart you support them wholeheartedly and love them eternally.
Its true that you lost the experience in seeing the sapphire blue ocean but remember that the best experience in your life is not about the concert, it’s the day you loved SJ.
So cheer up and don’t be depressed (though you can’t help it)! Remember you are not alone! Madami ding nagluluksa!
This is the “Confession of the Members of SWST (Samahan ng mga Walang SS3 Ticket)”.

The Shining Truth
The Shining Truth
I saw Cho Kyuhyun singing. I don’t know why I feel sad. Maybe it’s because of the song (he’s singing a love song) or just because he delivered the song very great and full of emotions. The lighting effect is so great; I mean it is focused in Kyuhyun Myhusband’s face as he sings. And while watching it I said to self, “Wow! He’s shining!” He’s shining in the middle of the big stage and in front of many people. Its so bright that I can’t see him clearly. Well, after watching it, I feel that he’s so far from me. It seems that he’s so hard to reach; he’s at the highest peak of a mountain and I’m just a small rock that even though I were thrown upward with a great force to reach the peak, I keep on rolling down and down back to where I belong. I’m thinking that he’s like a star and its true that he’s a star, a very big star shining in the ocean of little stars (ELF) becoming the primary source of light that makes ELFs live. I’m nobody not until Kyuhyun was born in this world. He’s one of the best things that happened to my life. I know reality bites and dreaming of having that kind of blessing is too much for me. But because of this thing, I dreamed I became happy and I become crazy.
